  • ResPAK provides staff with Graphic Floor Plans showing real-time statuses of all tables within the restaurant. ResPAK Table Availability Chart allows staff to quickly identify, assign and update tables, optimising table usage and maximising staff operational efficiency.
  • ResPAK manages Casual/Walk-in Guests and assists with table allocation, also allowing Management to track Casual/Walk-in Guests via improved Reporting & Analysis.
  • ResPAK monitors Patrons waiting for a table, estimated wait times and the location of waiting Patrons (eg. Bar, Lounge). ResPAK automatically prompts the operator when the next table becomes available. ResPAK even incorporates automated SMS and Paging which notifies waiting guests when their table is available.
  • ResPAK enables Run-Sheets and Guest Service Requirement Reports to be generated at the touch of button. ResPAK even provides automated Confirmation & Reminder Messages, which are sent to the Guest automatically via Email and/or SMS.
